Norvinco received the award and the official Green Seal certificate by Instituto Chico Mendes!

Norvinco on March 20, in São Paulo received the award and the official Green Seal certificate by the Chico Mendes Institute, for having developed the Ecotérmica Caixa Product, which won in the Category Product Friend of Nature. The seal shows that the company has a commitment to sustainability and the environment.

The Chico Mendes Institute is a non-governmental organization, founded in 2004, to promote sustainable development. The institute, through programs, projects and actions contribute to environmental conservation and human development. One such program is the Green Seal awarded to public agencies, third sector entities and the private sector, which seek sustainability in all their businesses.

In order to obtain the Green Seal, the institution and / or company undergoes a selection process that includes self-evaluation through a questionnaire, technical visit and a final opinion. Through the Certification Program for Commitment to Responsible Socio-Environmental Management (PROCERT) it elaborates the Technical Opinion of the company, within criteria that take into account the pollution potential and degree of use of natural resources based on law 10165/2000.
